ADCS Position Paper - A Country That Works For All Children

Thursday, 12 October 2017

ADCS issued a new position paper that explores the impact of austerity policies on the function of Children's Services nationwide and on the welfare of the children. The paper discusses the links between poverty and demand for more intense presences of statutory services. Finally, argues that poverty constraints people's opportunities and calls for collective action that can drive change to achieve a country that works for all children.
