  5. LCS Model Contract

Does being contracted and on the website  guarantee me placements?
Unfortunately being contracted and on the website does not guarantee you placements.

Can I be listed on your website if I don't want to sign the Contract?
No, the expectation is that all listed resources are signed up to the contract.

Can London still make placements with me if I'm not LCS Model Contracted?
Yes, this does not prevent London boroughs from placing with you as they are free to use both contracted and non-contracted resources.

Where in the LCS Model Contract can I find information on notice periods?
The LCS Model Contract has information on termination notice periods:
    (a) LCS Model Contract Standard Terms and Conditions - Section I1 Termination of the Contract (pg. 29)
    (b) LCS Model Contract Schedule 1a/1b Residential/Fostering Specification - Section H2 Notice Periods for Termination of Individual Agreement (pg. 12)
